At M&Ms Collectibles, we take pride in offering authentic, high-quality collectible products. Due to the collectible and randomized nature of trading card products, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Sealed booster packs
• Booster boxes
• Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
• Collection boxes
• Tins
• Starter decks
• Trading cards
• Accessories
• Collectible merchandise

Randomized Products

Trading card products contain randomly inserted cards determined by the manufacturer.

We cannot guarantee specific cards, rarities, pull rates, or promotional inserts. Pull results are entirely random and are not grounds for a refund, exchange, or return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photos of the shipping label
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

We will review your request and, if applicable, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Manufacturer Packaging

Minor cosmetic imperfections to manufacturer packaging—including small dents, scratches, creases, torn shrink wrap, or other shipping-related wear—are common with collectible products and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

We cannot guarantee the condition of outer packaging once it has been handled by the shipping carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.

M&M Collectibles is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after they have been accepted by the carrier.
