We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies.

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations after an order has been placed.

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can review the issue.

8. Product Condition

Products are sold as collectibles. While we carefully package every order, we cannot guarantee the condition of manufacturer packaging after it has been handled during shipping.

Minor imperfections to factory packaging, such as small dents, scratches, or shrink-wrap imperfections, do not qualify for refunds or replacements unless the product itself is significantly damaged.

9. Randomized Products

Trading card products contain randomly inserted cards by the manufacturer.

We cannot guarantee any specific card, rarity, pull rate, or promotional insert.

Opening a product does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

10. Limitation of Liability

M&M Collectibles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, text, product descriptions, and original content, is the property of M&M Collectibles and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
